The Newborn Screening Center-Central Luzon is the fourth Department of Health (DOH)-accredited newborn screening center in the country. The center provides the most advanced newborn screening testing for a panel of six disorders and expanded newborn screening in Central Luzon and Cordillera Administrative Region. It is presently headed by Dr. Bernadette Mendoza with Dr. Crislyn Samia as Follow up Manager,  Jerome Comelio as Laboratory Manager, and Maria Elissa Veronica Benipayo as Program Manager.
