Project Officer

The Newborn Screening Society of the Philippines, Inc., (NSSPI), a non-stock, non-profit organization of health professionals dedicated to the promotion and advancement of Newborn screening in the Philippines, is in need of a highly organized individual to fill the position of a Project Officer who will be involved in the preparation and coordination of the National Newborn Screening Convention.

 

Position: Project Officer

Project Duration: 1 July 2025 to 17 December 2025

Salary: Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos and 30/100 (₱36,637.30) monthly inclusive of taxes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills (use of MS excel, Adobe application, etc)
  • Team player
  • Fast learner
  • Experience in event management is an advantage

 

Tasks: 

  1. assumes support functions for NBS Convention-related activities;
  2. facilitates processing of PRC requirements for NSSPI as CPD Provider, CPD Program applications, and other related transactions;
  3. serves as Liaison Officer to NSSPI Officers, Speakers, Sponsors, and other people or organizations involved in the project;
  4. maintains and organizes soft and hard copy of project files; and
  5. performs other NSSPI-related tasks as may be requested from time to time.

 

The Project Officer will be on full-time contract with NSSPI until December 2025 and shall report at the Manila office. Individuals who are qualified and interested in applying must send a comprehensive curriculum vitae on or before June 13, 2025.
