SALARY: P20,039.00/month

FUNCTIONS

  • Performs general administrative and accounting support functions;
  • Prepares Disbursement Vouchers and Budget Utilization Report for all expenditures after checking for completeness of required supporting documents;
  • Prepares the Liquidation Reports, Summary of Expenses for Liquidation of Cash Advances and Reimbursements;
  • Computes payroll of Job Order status personnel and monthly honorarium of consultants;
  • Compiles and sorts accounting documents substantiating accounting transactions;
  • Posts/records/updates accounting and other financial records; and
  • Performs other related functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Education : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility :  Career Service (Professional)
