NSC-CL Administrative Mechanics for NBS Health Facilities
The Newborn Screening Center-Central Luzon is the fourth Department of Health (DOH)-accredited newborn screening center in the country. It started its operations in 2010 and caters newborn screening services for patients from Central Luzon and the Cordillera Administrative Region.
NSC-Central Luzon is presently headed by Dr. Bernadette Halili-Mendoza with Dr. Crislyn Samia as Follow up Head, Jerome Comelio as Laboratory Manager, and Maria Elissa Veronica Benipayo-Comelio as Program Manager.
