Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Training: At least 16 hours of relevant training
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the implementation of the special projects, training programs, and other activities of NSRC;
  • Ensures consistent implementation of the quality management system requirements and other related standards in various NSRC processes;
  • Spearheads the periodic review of the quality management system necessary for its continuous improvement;
  • Provides administrative assistance to the Director;
  • Leads in the conduct of periodic ISO 9001:2015 internal and external quality audits and reports to the Top Management during Management Reviews;
  • Monitors the progress of non-conformities to the ISO 9001:2015 standards and ensures timely approval of the acceptability of the verification actions;
  • Monitors feedback from external and internal parties and evaluates results to enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Performs as the Data Compliance Officer of NSRC;
  • Monitors planned targets of the office;
  • Assists in the arrangements of activities with program partners;
  • Drafts/reviews and facilitates correspondence, memoranda, proposals, policies, and guidelines for appropriate action of the Director;
  • Represents the Director in any ISO 9001:2015-related activities of the University;
  • Evaluate unit personnel performance; and
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Director from time to time.

  • Work Experience Sheet;
  • Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);

  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
