Minimum Qualifications:
- Education : Masteral degree
- Experience : 4 years in position/s involving management and supervision
- Training : 24 hours of training in management and supervision
- Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises the operations of quality assurance for NBS implementation, follow-up care, and program review;
- Provides directions and participates in the planning and evaluation of activities of NSCs, NBSCCs, and CHDs;
- Provides directions on the development of projects and operating procedures related to quality assurance;
- Ensures completion of activities and submission of technical reports;
- Represents the Director in regional and local events including panels, workshops, meetings, trainings, or conferences;
- Evaluate and approve correspondences, proposals, reports, and other documents related to quality assurance; and
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

- Work Experience Sheet;
- Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);

- Photocopy of certificate of eligibility; and
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma.
