Minimum Qualifications:


  • Education : Masteral degree
  • Experience : 4 years in position/s involving management and supervision
  • Training : 24 hours of training in management and supervision
  • Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

  • Technical: Program Management; Statistical Analysis; Ensuring Laboratory Quality Assurance.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supervises the operations of quality assurance for NBS implementation, follow-up care, and program review;
  • Provides directions and participates in the planning and evaluation of activities of NSCs, NBSCCs, and CHDs;
  • Provides directions on the development of projects and operating procedures related to quality assurance;
  • Ensures completion of activities and submission of technical reports;
  • Represents the Director in regional and local events including panels, workshops, meetings, trainings, or conferences;
  • Evaluate and approve correspondences, proposals, reports, and other documents related to quality assurance; and
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
